Customization Consultation

What types of bearings can you customize?

We specialize in full-category bearing customization, including but not limited to deep groove ball bearings, tapered roller bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, thrust bearings, and linear bearings. Our products are adaptable to diverse industry scenarios such as industrial machinery, automotive, agricultural equipment, and medical devices. We support both standard specification modifications and fully non-standard customizations.

To ensure precise customization, please provide core technical parameters, including: bearing type, inner/outer diameter and width dimensions, load capacity (radial/axial), operating speed, temperature range, working environment (e.g., exposure to dust or chemicals), precision grade, material requirements, sealing and lubrication methods, as well as installation compatibility needs. You can also directly provide design drawings or samples for faster solution matching.

We support both small-batch trial production and large-scale customization. The MOQ for regular custom orders is 50 units. For special scenarios (e.g., R&D samples, emergency replenishment), the MOQ can be negotiated to a lower threshold, subject to the actual customization plan.

Quotation process: Submit requirements/parameters/drawings → Our technical team conducts evaluation → Cost calculation → Issue detailed quotation. The entire process is free of charge. Quotes for regular custom orders are provided within 24 hours, while quotes for complex non-standard customizations take up to 3 working days.

Technical & Quality Assurance

What material options are available for custom bearings?

Mainstream material options include high-purity bearing steel (GCr15), stainless steel, and high-strength spring steel (65Mn), selected based on application scenarios: stainless steel is preferred for corrosive environments, while bearing steel with optimized heat treatment is used for high-load conditions. Custom material solutions for high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, etc., are also available upon request.

We guarantee product quality through full-process quality control:
① Equipped with advanced equipment such as precision CNC grinders and vacuum heat treatment furnaces, with core dimension tolerances controlled at the micron level;
② Implement in-line inspection for key processes, and final inspection using eddy current flaw detectors, laser measuring instruments, etc., to identify hidden defects such as grinding burns and micro-cracks;
③ Adhere to ISO quality system standards, with all custom products undergoing rigorous testing for hardness, roundness, surface roughness, and other key indicators.

Yes. For extreme working conditions such as high temperature, low temperature, high load, high speed, strong corrosion, and heavy dust, we provide tailored solutions through material upgrading, process optimization (e.g., vacuum heat treatment, surface coating), and sealing structure design to ensure stable bearing operation under target conditions.

Through premium raw material selection, precise process control (e.g., eliminating machining residual stress, optimizing raceway precision), and strict quality inspection, we significantly enhance the wear resistance and fatigue resistance of bearings. Under normal operating conditions, the service life of our regular custom bearings exceeds the industry average. A projected service life can be provided based on specific working conditions.

Production & Delivery

What is the production lead time for custom bearings?

The production lead time varies based on customization complexity and order volume: 7–15 days for sample orders, 2–4 weeks for small-batch orders, and 4–6 weeks for large-batch orders. Expedited services are available, and lead times for urgent orders can be shortened through negotiation. The exact delivery date will be specified in the quotation.

If the order has not entered core production stages (e.g., before material procurement and mold fabrication), requirement modifications can be discussed, which may lead to adjustments in pricing and delivery schedules. If production has already commenced, modifications may result in increased costs or project delays, subject to production progress evaluation.

Along with the delivered products, we provide product inspection reports (including key dimensions, hardness, precision data, etc.) and operation & maintenance manuals. For export orders, additional customs clearance documents can be provided. Qualification certification documents are available upon request for specific industries.

After-Sales Service

What should I do if the received bearings have size discrepancies or quality issues?

Please contact us within 7 working days of receipt, providing photos of defective products, inspection data, and order information. Our technical staff will verify the issue immediately. If confirmed to be a product quality defect or customization error on our part, we will provide free replacement, return, or rework services to avoid disrupting your production schedule.

We offer full-cycle technical support: pre-sales assistance with model selection and parameter confirmation, in-sales production progress updates, and after-sales installation guidance and maintenance recommendations. For any operational issues, our professional engineers will respond within 24 hours, with on-site technical support available if necessary.

For returns and exchanges caused by non-quality issues (e.g., incorrect parameters provided by the customer), the customer shall bear round-trip shipping costs and related processing fees. For issues arising from product quality defects or our customization errors, we offer free returns and exchanges, covering all associated costs.

Yes, we provide stable long-term supply cooperation. For long-term customers, we establish exclusive inventory plans, optimize production scheduling to ensure supply stability, and offer customized logistics solutions and preferential pricing.
